For the past 5 years, Chef Chris has served as the Head Chef at Basil Bandwagon Natural Market. Previously, he was the chef/owner of Christopher’s Personal Chef Service for 19 years in the Chicago Area where he created customized meal plans based on clients’ needs (macrobiotic, vegetarian, vegan, protein based diets, medical restrictions, etc.). A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Chef Chris served as a personalized catering chef/manager for corporate and executive dining for 14 years.
